Many year ago read paper about great scholar Dr Tanveer Abbassi in program arranged in Law College kharipur, late Tajal Bewas collected that paper from me and unfortunately that was only master copy...it is nowhere now a days....

پائي ڪان ڪمان ۾ ميان مار مَـ مونپائي ڪان ڪمان ۾ ميان مار مَه مون،

 

پائي ڪان ڪمان ۾ ميان مار مَه مون،

مون ۾ آهين تون، متان تنهنجو ئي توکي لڳي. شاهه

ڪجھ عرصي اڳ جي ڳالهه آهي ڪاليج جي ڪينٽين ۾ ويٺو هوم ته ڪاليج جو پرنسپل ڪنهن مست هاٿي وانگر اوچتو اچي اتي پهتو ۽ ايندي ئي اچي اتي بيٺل پٽيوالي کي ڪنهن ڪم جي ڪوتاهيءَ لاءِ اهڙي ته بي عزتي واري انداز ۾ رهڙ ڏنائين جو الامان والحفيظ....مان اندر ۾ صفا ڀري پيو هوس. اسان جا اڪثر پرنسپل پاڻ کي ڪاليج جو حاڪم سمجھندا آهن ۽ اهي ڪاليج اندر ڪم ڪندڙ ٻين کي پنهنجي محڪوم مخلوق جو درجو ڏيندا آهن. هو سمجھندا آهن ته کين هر ڪنهن جي بي عزتي ڪرڻ جو

حق حاصل آهي ۽ هو ڪنهن به ايري غيري آڏو جوابده ناهن. مان ان قسم جي جارحانه روين رکندڙ فرد کي باس، حاڪم، ڪامورو، ڊڪٽيٽر ته چئي سگھان ٿو پر اهو ڪنهن به نموني تعليمي اڳواڻ (Educational leader) سڌائڻ جي لائق ناهي. پر افسوس ته لڳ ڀڳ 98 سيڪڙو ڪاليجن اندر ان قسم جي ذهيت رکندڙ ماڻهن کي پرنسپلس جون چارج مليل آهي. نئين دؤر جي تحقيق مان ثابت ٿيو آهي ته ڪنهن به صورت ۾ لٺ باٺي، ڏاڍ جبر، سزائن ڏيڻ، سختيون ڪرڻ سان تعليمي ادارن جو صحيح انتطام هلائي نه ٿو سگھجي. اسان جي پرنسپلس ۽ انهن کان مٿي عملدارن کي پنهنجي روين ۾ نمايان تبديليون آڻڻ گھرجن. تعليمي ادارن اندر ڪم ڪندڙ ننڍي کان ننڍو يا وڏي کان وڏو پروفيسر ڪي سندن ذاتي نوڪر يا غلام ناهن، هرڪنهن جو ڪم متعين ٿيل آهي ۽ اهو ڪم کانئن وٺڻ لاءِ هڪ ته کين سندن حيٿيت مطابق اختيار ڏيڻا پوندا، مددي اسٽاف، ٽيچنگ اسٽاف ۽ شاگردن ۽ پرنسپل وچ ۾ ڪم ڪار لاءِ مؤثر ڳانڊاپي وارو سرشتو نافذ ڪرڻو پوندو. هر ڪنهن کي پنهنجي ڪيل ڪم جي حساب سان شابس به ڏيڻي پوندي ته هرڪو پنهنجي ڪم جو ذميوار به هوندو ۽ اهو سمورو ڪم ان لاءِ ڪرڻو پوندو آهي ته جيئن ڪاليج اندر پاڙهيندڙ استادن کي صاف سٿرو تعليمي ماحول ملي سگھي ۽ ان ماحول مان شاگردن کي معياري تعليم ملي سگھي....

پر مون کي نه ٿو لڳي ته اسان جي تعليمي ادارن اندر اهڙو ڪو ماحول جڙندو. ان جي لاءِ مان پنهنجي ڪاليج جو مثال ڏيندس جتي ڪالهه 23 ۽ اڄ 24/1/2015 واري ڏينهن تي نيئن بدلي ٿي آيل پرنسپل صاحب ڪري پهرين ڏينهن تي ڇڪتاڻ وارو ماحول پنهنجي عروج تي پهچي چڪو آهي......

 

Movie Review

Just finished watching Movie Torn, It's the story of two mothers Maryam (Mahnoor Baloch) (Pakistani Born American Citizen) and Lea (Dendrie Taylor), grieving over their dead teenage sons and then begin to wonder if the other's son wasn't responsible for their child's death. In movie it is told how people from different back ground and cultures think differently and how biased law enforcing agencies are playing fouls and making peace full citizens lives hell. One more thing is common in this Movie that was how Moms are suffering in both of cultures.

Second movie I watched last week was UNTHINKABLE. This is story of one Converted Muslim American (yousif) with strong faith in Islam. He installed three nuclear Bombs at different cities of America and demanded from President of America to with draw his forces from Muslim Countries and also stop Aid to Muslim Dictators and Puppet rulers. He gone through sever torture, chopped his fingers, testifies with electric shots, hanged, awakened for many days and at last his wife killed before him. Film revealed brutality and Torture beyond the borders, and also telling us American spy agencies FBI< CIA have loose coordination with each other and every one likes to get credit for themselves. Such agencies have mind set that they have every right to do any thing they think is right with out considering constitutional obligations or human rights.....in this film some dialogues actually catch my eyes. Amid a torture Yousif replied Brody that "you are talking about killed 53 innocent people but you killed regions"

I recommend both movies are worthwhile to watch to understand religious, cultural, political, ethical, conflicts of countries and regions especially with America...
